BusinessEasy Accounting Firm · Business ID 3283660-3

Last updated 20 October 2026

These terms apply to accounting and business services that BusinessEasy Accounting Firm provides to businesses. The English and Finnish versions have the same content; if they differ, the Finnish version applies.

1. Parties and scope

Service provider: BusinessEasy Accounting Firm (auxiliary name QuickAccount), Business ID 3283660-3, info@business-easy.com, +358 46 612 0140.

Client: the business (sole trader, partnership, limited company or association) that orders services. The services are business-to-business services; consumer protection law does not apply.

The agreement consists of these terms, the service package and price list valid at the time, and any written order confirmation. If they conflict, the order confirmation applies first, then the price list, then these terms.

2. Start of the agreement and identification

The agreement starts when we accept the client's online application and the client has accepted these terms.

Under the Act on Preventing Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing (444/2017) we must identify the client, its representatives and beneficial owners, and know the nature of the client's business. We start work only after identification. We may ask for more information at any time during the agreement.

To register a new Business ID, we need the founder's personal identity code. We use it only for that registration, store it encrypted, and delete it automatically once the Business ID exists (at the latest 90 days after the application).

Authorisations to tax and other authority services are given through Suomi.fi e-Authorizations. The client can cancel them at any time.

3. Services

Depending on the chosen package, our services include for example bookkeeping, VAT returns, the annual tax return, financial statements, sales invoicing, business registrations and changes, advance tax and tax card matters, and support when a business is closed. Work outside the package is charged according to the price list.

We carry out the work in line with Finnish accounting legislation, tax legislation and good accounting practice.

4. Client's responsibilities

The legal responsibility for bookkeeping, tax returns and payments stays with the client (Accounting Act 1336/1997). The client is responsible for the correctness and completeness of the material it gives us.

  • Deliver all sales, purchase and bank documents for the month through the BusinessEasy portal by the 5th day of the following month.
  • Tell us without delay about changes in the business (for example new activity, staff, VAT status, address, closing the business).
  • Pay taxes and other charges to the authorities on time. We are not responsible for penalties, late-filing fees or interest caused by late or missing material.
  • Keep login details safe and inform us if someone else may have used them.
5. Our responsibilities
  • We do the agreed work carefully, by the statutory deadlines, when the client's material has arrived on time.
  • We keep all client information confidential. Our staff are bound by confidentiality.
  • We tell the client if we notice errors or risks in the material.
  • During the agreement we keep the bookkeeping material in electronic form in our system, protected and backed up.
6. Fees and invoicing

Fees are charged according to the package and price list valid at the time. Prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.

If the agreement starts on the 1st–15th day of a month, the fee for that month is charged in full. If it starts on the 16th day or later, monthly fees start from the next month. Urgent registrations or other priority services ordered at the start are charged immediately.

We invoice the monthly fee once a month. The due date is shown on the invoice.

A correction that is needed because the client's material was late, incomplete or incorrect (for example a VAT or tax return filed again) costs €50 + VAT per task.

We may change prices with at least 30 days' written notice. The client may then end the agreement before the new prices take effect.

7. Late payment

On late payments we charge late-payment interest under section 4 a of the Interest Act (633/1982): the reference rate plus 8 percentage points.

Payment reminder fee: €5 per reminder, at most once per reminder period.

Fixed compensation for recovery costs: €40 once per unpaid invoice, as allowed by section 10 of the Act on Payment Terms in Commercial Contracts (30/2013). Further collection costs are charged only within the limits of the Debt Collection Act (513/1999).

If an invoice is more than 30 days overdue, we may pause our services after written notice. During a pause the client remains responsible for its own statutory deadlines.

8. Term and termination

The agreement is valid until further notice. Either party may end it with 30 days' notice in writing (email or portal message). Fees are charged for the notice period.

Business registration and other start-up services are free when the client stays at least 6 months. If the client ends the agreement within 6 months, we charge for these services according to the price list, at least €39.

Clients who file VAT once a year pay for the whole calendar year, because the annual work covers the full year.

We may end the agreement with immediate effect if the client materially breaches it, does not pay overdue invoices despite a reminder, does not give the information needed for identification, or if continuing would break the law.

When the agreement ends, we return the client's own material without delay. Work results that have not been paid for are delivered when the fees are paid. Authorisations given to us are cancelled.

9. Liability

We are liable for direct damage caused by our own error or negligence. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by the client for the 6 months before the damage. The limit does not apply to damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence.

We are not liable for indirect damage, such as lost income, or for damage caused by incorrect, incomplete or late material from the client.

The client must report a claim in writing without delay, and at the latest within 6 months of discovering the error.

10. Data protection

We process personal data according to the EU General Data Protection Regulation and the Finnish Data Protection Act (1050/2018). Our Privacy Policy describes our own processing.

When we process personal data contained in the client's bookkeeping (for example customers, suppliers or employees), we act as the client's processor under Article 28 GDPR: only on the client's instructions, with confidentiality, appropriate security, approved sub-processors listed in the Privacy Policy, help with data subject requests, notification of data breaches without delay, and deletion or return of the data when the agreement ends unless law requires storage.

11. Communication and documents

Documents are delivered through the BusinessEasy portal. Messages may also be sent by email or WhatsApp. A message sent to the email address the client has given is considered received on the next working day.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms with at least 30 days' notice by email or in the portal. If the client does not accept the change, it may end the agreement before the change takes effect.

13. Governing law and disputes

Finnish law applies. The parties first try to solve disputes by negotiation. If that fails, the dispute is settled in the district court of the service provider's domicile.
